It had very easy access to the las ramblas about 10minutes away and there was also plenty of reasonably priced tapas bars to choose from near by.

Atmosphere in bar particularly good - Eveline Andreazza was lovely and helpful in answering any queries we had about the city. The free bubbly at the bar was a nice surprise on checking in.

I thought the location was excellent, the hotel was very clean and very modern. The breakfast was excellent. Exactly what we were looking for in a city break. Would recommend this hotel to others

Just a small point but I needed an iron and I rang reception they told me this was a house-keeping matter and I needed to ring them. I felt reception should have dealt with this matter and liaised with house-keeping. Also we forgot our travel plug and the hotel could not help us.

comfort, location, style, cleanliness.

The hotel staff were generally rude. On arrival there was no greeting or welcome, just a surly receptionist. The one exception was the final receptionist who advised us on our onward journey and actually smiled!!
