The hotel is located within a stone´s throw of all the major attractions in Barcelona. For football fans we are the closest hotel to the Nou Camp, the historical ground of FC Barcelona, the club´s museum and official merchandising store all just minutes away.
This is a mixed business/residential area and provides with a safety and quietness difficult to find in other areas of the city.

we have stayed before in a standard room but the service and facilities of the club rooms are fantastic. The VIP lounge was wonderful and the massage included in the offer was a great bonus

Loved that the staff were willing to assist in any way they could. We had a lovely girl who recommended other restaurants to try in Barcelona, which were just fab. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without. No complaints here though.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful starting with the front desk upon check in. Our transatlantic flight arrived a couple of hours earlier than the standard check in time but the front desk was very accomodating and allowed us to check in early. The Concierges picked excellent restaurants and even made the reservations for us..

Air Conditioning was kind of weak, and they had a lot of trouble with the internet connection due to excessive demand, but they handled the problem very professionally and gave me full credit for the internet charge.

Large, clean room walking distance to the Metro station and a large department store with a Supermarket.

The use of the small indoor pool was an extra charge.

Everything was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Very quiet as that is very important to me as I'm a light sleeper. the food was great and so was the spa. I would definitely go back.

Quiteness

We booked the hotel because it had a swimming pool so the kids could enjoy. We found out that this was an extra cost of 12 euros per person and that the pool was not heated and kids were not allowed to act like kids. If a hotel advertises it has a swimming pool we assumed that this would be free of charge or a statement in the booking that this was an extra cost.
